Property Access

  • Guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.

  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All visitors on the winery premises must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain amenities.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60 or more days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31 and 59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Driving Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • High-speed internet is provided, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The driveway is monitored with a security camera.

Additional Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently occurring in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am–7 pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.

  • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery, Restrooms.
  • Vineyard: A quick 2-minute drive from Tipsy Bear, food and wine served, Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each, HOURS: Thur & Fri 4 pm–10 pm, Sat & Sun 1 pm–7 pm, all visitors on the winery premises must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
